Service
With our various service offerings, we ensure quick and smooth handling of any service issues that might disrupt operations.
Replacement Service within 24 or 48 Hours – We deliver a functioning device to the user within the agreed time frame. The device can also be configured to your specific needs, such as integration with your Enterprise Mobility Management platform.
Original Service – All repairs and maintenance are performed by certified technicians approved by the manufacturer. This ensures the product warranty is maintained, or even extended, after service completion.
Web Tool – Track your service cases easily via a unique link where all information is consolidated. The tool is also linked to our e-store, allowing you to register cases quickly and efficiently.
Financing
With our financing solutions, you can spread out your investments, converting them into operating expenses (OPEX) instead of one-time costs (CAPEX). We also ensure you receive the buy-back value of the equipment at the start of the agreement – a direct discount on the monthly price, as Tele2 assumes the full residual value risk.
If you already have a fleet of phones with value, we can buy them back. We’ll factor this into the agreement to further reduce your monthly costs.
Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)
With our EMM platform, you gain access to powerful security and management tools through Tele2 Mobility Manager. This platform provides full control over device configuration and management in real time, including user and device information. Tele2 assists you in creating policies, settings, and apps tailored for various departments, such as IT, HR, and Admin. The solution is fully scalable and dynamic, allowing you to adapt it entirely to your needs.
All devices are delivered with automatic registration via Apple DEP, Samsung KME, and Android ZT, enabling you to manage large numbers of devices with minimal effort.
Auto Enrollment
Skip manual configuration for company-owned devices – with Auto Enrollment, your iPads, iPhones, Android, and Samsung devices are ready for use as soon as they’re unpacked. EMM registration happens automatically, and the devices are wirelessly configured with apps, account settings, and corporate access. The IT department doesn’t even need physical access to the devices.
This program is available via Apple DEP, Samsung KME, and Android ZT for smooth and easy deployment.
Support
With our support services, you can outsource user support for your mobile devices, saving time for both users and the IT department. We offer 1st and 2nd line support, where we can even work directly in your MDM tool. We handle everything from email and application settings to subscription inquiries and act as a filter for service management and device replacement, reducing the number of service cases and saving money.
Our support teams are certified on all mobile operating systems and the most common MDM systems. You receive a dedicated phone number and email address for quick assistance.
