Will I be able to view my old order history?

Yes, you will be able to see your order history from the old shop.

All previous orders will be imported as part of the process when the old webshop is shut down.

Why do I need to fill out multiple fields when ordering a leased device?

This information is required to create an asset that is linked to a specific user.

We do this to ensure we know who the user of the leased device will be from the start.

Tele2 also needs this information in cases where we are responsible for contacting users at various stages of the device’s lifecycle.

Previously, I entered user information in different sections of the checkout. Why has this been changed?

With the new webshop, we have reorganized how we collect the data needed to create an asset.

Order and delivery information is now separated from asset and product data.
