A shipping label is not provided in the portal, and you need to send the product with your own traceable shipping label as a business package. Our Service Management
In today’s work environment, mobile devices are essential. Therefore, we offer fast, reliable service solutions tailored to your needs. All our services are performed by certified technicians, ensuring that the product’s warranty is maintained or extended. We collaborate with leading service providers and handle up to 90% of cases within 48 hours of their arrival.
Warranty Rules
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage caused by external factors, such as drops or water damage. In case of external damage, we will send a cost estimate.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If a product is damaged upon delivery (DOA), it can be replaced according to the manufacturer’s rules. The product must first be returned and inspected. Please note that DOA handling does not apply to all manufacturers, such as Apple.
Returns
To return goods, contact Tele2's inside sales to obtain a return number. Returns are only accepted for unopened packages and must be sent in approved packaging. Tele2 charges a return fee of 500 SEK plus VAT for incorrectly ordered items. Items returned without a valid return number will be sent back, and a handling fee of 500 SEK will apply.
